Flybook Enhanced Resources

You make a reservation for a kayak tour and are asked if you want a single kayak or if you would like to upgrade to a tandem kayak for an extra fee. This is enhanced resources. It provides flexibility for the operator to allows their customers to choose their own resources. Traditionally, resources have limited the availability, if there are no kayaks available than the tour can’t run. Enhanced resources allows the operator offer optional resources at an extra fee. Now the customer can add a floating cooler or a dry bag seamlessly while booking a tour.

Pricing for tours, rentals, and lodging can often be very complex. There are several variable that can impact price such as number of people, number of nights, day of the week, time of day, and holidays. Setting up pricing was time consuming and prone to user error. Users were craving an intuitive process that also provided a simple way to verify pricing was setup correctly.
